It includes all the\u00a0financial offerings such as salary, stock options and bonuses.<\/li>\n<li><b>Employment Benefits:<\/b>\u00a0This includes a range of benefits such as health insurance, retirement\u00a0benefits, sponsored holidays and many more things.<\/li>\n<li><b>Career<\/b><b>\u00a0Development:<\/b>\u00a0Employees want to see what their job has to offer and how the enterprise\u00a0can contribute to their career development. This majorly includes technical and leadership\u00a0training, promotion opportunities, and mentoring and career guidance.<\/li>\n<li><b>Positive Work Environment:<\/b>\u00a0It is very important to create a positive working environment\u00a0where employees can do meaningful work. It incorporates elements like flexible working hours,\u00a0work-life balance, team building and recognition.<\/li>\n<li><b>Great Company Culture:\u00a0<\/b>Great company culture includes things like trust and collaboration,\u00a0positive relationship between team members and team communication.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Steps for creating an Employee Value Proposition (EVP)<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Assess what you currently offer:\u00a0<\/b>It should understand what the organization currently is and\u00a0what it isn\u2019t. Employers should be clear about its branding and should include all the\u00a0components of EVP. For this to be successful it is important to take opinions from the\u00a0employees about how well these are being met.<\/li>\n<li><b>Define the Components of EVP:<\/b>\u00a0It\u2019s the time to analyze the findings and to arrive at the\u00a0company\u2019s new EVP. This will help the company to attract and retain top talent. EVP should also\u00a0be divided for different roles and levels. For example, an EVP for recent graduates should\u00a0highlight things like career growth, fun office environment and employee perks. On the other\u00a0hand, EVP for professionals who are not recent graduates should highlight things like career\u00a0stability and work-life balance.<\/li>\n<li><b>Promote EVP:<\/b>\u00a0It is very important to promote EVP through company blogs, emails, newsletters\u00a0and internal communication tools. This could be measured through if there is an increase in the applications or increase\u00a0in responses from past employees.
