Our commitment to you

Our ongoing commitment to providing you with the most appropriate, timely and considered consulting advice remains firm.

Our Considered Response

At ASR Recruitment the safety, mental wellbeing and physical health of our people, stakeholders and the wider Australian and Global community will always be our ultimate priority.
As the effects of the COVID-19 situation continue to unfold with various implications to our society and economy, we will monitor the advice from the Australian Parliament, the World Health Organisation, and Hunter New England Health to enact the appropriate response to the coronavirus.

Continuance of Trade

Following the guidance and with the firm intention of flattening the curve, we are broadening the scope of our existing working from home arrangements, offering all staff the option to use our cloud-based technology platform and cutting edge video conferencing tools to continue business as usual, conducting interviews and meetings without risking face to face contact.
We have cancelled all non-essential travel, and are finding that our delivery times are actually improving without the need to meet candidates and clients face to face.
In line with the government’s physical distancing and self-isolation guidelines, we respectfully request that clients and candidates do not visit our offices. Please contact us directly via phone 02 4088 8150 or email.
In the event a face to face meeting is unavoidable, we have invested in the latest non-touch forehead thermometer, and all visitors’ temperature will be checked on arrival as an added precaution to self-diagnoses.

Our Commitment to You

Our ongoing commitment to providing you with the most appropriate, timely and considered consulting advice remains firm. Our desire to partner with your business to achieve success is unchanged. Our dedication to growth and to making a positive contribution to Australian society is more cogent than ever before.
We understand current circumstances are unsettling, however, believe that with responsible management, a positive mindset and a willingness to embrace change, we can minimise the potential for disruption as we manoeuvre through these unprecedented times.
Be kind to each other,
Alex Brennan
